At the heart of the HLT is the unique Harmonic Lift Table for smooth, fast, vibration-free operation. The HLT offers a best in class print as well as giving you a large print area to work with. The largest print area for the HLT is 24″x 60″. The micro-adjustable tooling plate adapts to X, Y, and angular axis to meet the toughest of printing challenges. The result is perfect registration at high speeds for maximum productivity.
By lifting the product to the screen, which remains in a fixed position, the HLT also minimizes potential printing flaws caused by dust accumulating on a moving a screen.Your operator also has space to put the substrate on the fixture which is machined and designed specific to your product.
Linear bearings, rated at over 300 million cycles, and the HLT’s inherent design simplicity guarantees years of trouble-free service.The versatility of the HLT offers you precision prints, with a user friendly design, built to last through decades of heavy production.
