Cure Both Sides in One Pass
Boxes, cabinets, and other large printed parts usually mean two trips through the curing tunnel — one per side. The UV Conveyor MAX ends that: vertical irradiators on the left and right of the product cure both sides simultaneously, on a conveyor built to carry weight that would tear an ordinary belt.
A Curing Cycle That Runs Itself
Sensors automate the entire pass: place the product on the conveyor and it's detected, the chamber door opens, and once the product is inside, the automatic shutters open for exposure. When the adjustable cure cycle completes, the shutters close, the door opens, and the finished part travels to a stop sensor at the end of the conveyor. Sensor positions are adjustable in case your product sizes vary — and because the shutters keep the UV covered whenever no part is in the chamber, operators are protected and no light is wasted between parts.
