The most important aspect to keep in mind is ink adhesion. If you are using solvent based inks, you should be fine with a heating tunnel. It is important to conduct a dyne test prior to putting products to market to verify ink adhesion - dyne levels will provide you with a level. However UV treatment is ideal for high production due to the instant curing it provides and the simplicity involved with UV inks. The SA Fierosil provides you with industry standard pretreatment that can withstand ink chipping from a dishwasher for example. You must pretreat your drinkware prior to printing.
