Precision Vacuum Tables For Flexographic Printing

Systematic Automation manufactures precision vacuum tables that can be used for the manufacturing of graphic rubber rolls for flexographic machines. SA vacuum tables are the industry standard for anilox rolls due to the unsurpassed image quality from air flow (removing oxygen from the plate making process) and precision flatness of .001″ per linear foot.

Flexographic printing, often referred to as flexo printing, is a versatile and widely used printing process that involves the use of flexible relief plates to transfer ink onto a substrate (usually paper, cardboard, plastic, or other materials). It is a popular method for producing high-quality, large-volume, and cost-effective print materials, particularly for packaging and labeling applications.

Our vacuum tables are made custom to meet your flexography demands, including flexographic plate making.

FLAT PLATES MAKE CLEAN PRINTS

Flexographic quality is decided before the press runs — at the plate. A plate that cures on a surface that isn't flat carries that error into every impression, and a roll ground on an uneven reference is never round where it counts. Our vacuum tables hold plate material dead flat at ±.001″ per linear foot while airflow pulls oxygen out of the plate-making process, and they serve as the reference surface for anilox roll, graphics rubber roll, and packaging plate work. Zones, hole patterns, and port locations are designed to your plate sizes, and our engineers match the pump so the seal is right by design.
