Bottle Screen Printing FAQ
What machine is best for screen printing bottles?
Most shops start with the Model F1-DC. It prints almost any bottle shape and changes over in under 60 seconds. For high volume, multi-color work the Super ROI runs automatically with loading, pretreatment and UV curing.
Can you print glass, plastic and metal bottles?
Yes. Our machines print glass, plastic and metal bottles. Tooling is made to fit your exact bottle.
Can it print tapered bottles or bottles with handles?
Yes. Custom tooling holds tapered bottles, and multi-color prints can register off a handle, cap or notch.
How many colors can I print on a bottle?
The Super ROI prints one to six colors in one pass. The F1-DC prints multi-color designs with registration tooling.
Do plastic bottles need pretreatment?
Many plastics need flame treatment so the ink bonds. The Bottle Treater does this in line, and it can add UV LED curing in the same system.
