Sliding Table Models & Specifications

One sliding-table design, five sizes — from the benchtop-friendly ST-20 to the 62″ large-format ST-62. Pick the model that fits your biggest part; the open-table access that beats clamshell presses comes standard on all of them.

Vacuum tables: aluminum honeycomb core built to aircraft principles, solvent resistant, with high-flow vacuum — flat within ±.001″ per linear foot. Air consumption 2–3 CFM at 80 PSI for a 5-second cycle.

Pick the Size, Keep the Design

  • Flow-through production — the optional automatic take-off adds a conveyor and stripper gantry that slides printed parts off the vacuum table, exiting the machine opposite the load station: load one side, collect the other.
  • Big squeegees, even ink — dual print heads equalize pressure across squeegees up to 62″, so edge-to-edge coverage doesn't fade at the ends.
  • Options for every width — blow-back vacuum valve for easy part release, hardened locating pins, adjustable forced peel-away, pre-print part cleaning, and anti-static systems sized to each model.
  • Bigger still? — see large-format screen printing for custom builds; for multicolor in-line work on the same family, the SST and SX.
