Vacuum Table With Glass Surface For UV Exposure

Introducing the Systematic Automation vacuum table with glass surface, designed to revolutionize the curing process for your UV-sensitive applications. You can place your UV system on either side of this vacuum table, which has glass surfaces on both top and bottom.

Our glass vacuum table technology transmits an impressive 93% of UV light in the 300 nanometer range, making it possible to cure inks and resins with ease. This has been a breakthrough for resin printing, leading to advancements in the production of aqua cell membranes and beyond.

In this SA vacuum table, slots between precision lapped fused glass bars allow vacuum flow to pass, ensuring efficient and reliable curing. Additionally, the lower plate can be easily removed for quick cleaning of internal surfaces.

The UV light source is conveniently mounted under the lower plate of the table. While SA manufactures the UV system that is typically integrated with this vacuum table, you can also choose an LED system.

Upgrade your curing process with the SA vacuum table featuring glass surfaces for UV exposure!

CURE THROUGH THE TABLE

Most vacuum tables block the very light a UV process needs. Ours is built from glass top and bottom — transmitting 93% of UV light in the 300 nanometer range — so inks, resins, and aqua cell membranes cure evenly while the part is held dead flat at ±.001″ per linear foot. Vacuum slots run between fused glass bars for uniform hold without shadowing the exposure, and the lower plate removes for cleaning when resin work gets messy. Zones, port locations, and dimensions are built to your exposure unit and part sizes.
