English Data Sheet | Spanish Data Sheet

The Model MC-1 is a precision manually operated, clamshell style (front loading), screen printing press. The MC-1 is built to the same industrial quality specifications as all of the Systematic Automation presses are. It has a repeatability of registration to +/- .001″ (.025mm) that makes it suitable for the most demanding applications. An adjustable, spring loaded, screen up and down counter balance and pre-loaded screen pivot bearings combine to make a press that is easy to operate and easy to maintain. The alloy tooling plate is ground flat to +/- .001″ (.025mm) and is micro-adjustable along the X, Y and angular axis.

The Model MC-1 also features quick and easy, handwheel adjustment of off-contact up to 12″ (300mm).The X,Y and angular micro-adjust and the easy handwheel adjustment for different height products makes the machine very versatile and easy to set up. Also, the screen can be removed along with the screen holder in case you need to clean a screen before a job is done. The screen is then re-installed within .001″ (.025mm) of where it was originally. These are important labor saving features. An excellent proofing machine, the MC-1 combined with the full range of Systematic Automation screen printing fixtures and accessories, is why this machine has been used in many industries and applications.
