The Model 810 cylindrical screen printer is designed to print golf club shafts, ski poles and other long, cylindrical items. The press achieves accurate registration by mechanically synchronizing the rotation of the part being printed with the screen movement via mechanical gear attached to the tooling. Golf clubs up to 60-in. (1524-mm) long can be printed at rates up to 2,000 parts per hour. The Model 810 has an option for a dual print head which allows images of up to 24″ wide to be printed on the golf club.
